Due to the current Covid-19 surge in Duval County, the Covid Committee has recommended to the Vestry that we cancel all in-person services at St. Philip’s through this month of January. All Sunday Services will be held via Zoom and posted on our website and social media pages for viewing.

Bits and Pieces… From the Senior Warden

Invitation to participate in the “Scared Ground in The Beloved Community Initiative”

I recently responded to an invitation from St. John’s Cathedral to participate in a meeting to talk about joining the Cathedral to begin exploring the Scared Ground in The Beloved Community” initiative from the Presiding Bishop’s Office. St. Philip’s has been invited to participate. I plan to participate. The invitation is open to anyone at St. Philip’s and St. Gabriel’s who are interested. This is an initiative that will be done with the Cathedral and it involves working in small groups to explore how we become a beloved community. Please look below for more information and the
contact information for individuals who can answer your questions.

If you need the services of a priest while Fr. Denis and Mother JoAnn are away, please call Mother Teresa Seagle or the Senior Warden and he will make pastoral services available to you.

We are asking parishioners to login to the website or Facebook on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. to view the service. If you need to reset your password for Realm please contact Arlene Jones.
