The Order of the Daughters of the King, St. Anna Alexander Chapter sponsored a Quiet Day Retreat in Cummings Chapel-St. John’s Cathedral on Saturday, June 24th. Mother Linda Privitera inspired the ladies with thoughts of Dr. Catherine Meeks’ book, “So, If its a Journey, Keep Your Bags Packed.” Hearing the stories of travel essentials of the sisters gathered from several churches in the Diocese, enriched the spiritual journey of us all. DOK Quiet Day was “abuzz” with the Holy Spirit. Special thanks to Linda Johnson for arranging our awesome time together.
